WHAT ARE BMF WHEELS HOURS OF OPERATION?

Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM PST. You can contact us for all your BMF Wheel needs by calling us at (833) 258-2580 or email us at info@bmfwheels.com. We can also be reached through our different social media platforms. You can message us on the different platforms with your questions anytime, and we always do our best to respond in a timely manner.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BMF WHEELS?

You can purchase your wheels two different ways (1) from BMF Wheels direct. (2) Through an Authorized Dealer. Some of our dealers are able to install your wheels and some are online only dealers that will ship your new BMF Wheels directly to you. All Authorized Dealers are located on our dealer locator.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER?

If you have a question or need to change something on your order, you can contact us at (833) 258-2580 or email us at info@bmfwheels.com. If you have ordered your BMF Wheels through an Authorized Dealer, you will need to contact them direct for details on your order.

HOW DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

If you have purchased your wheels directly from BMF Wheels, once your order has processed and shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. If your order has not processed, you can call us at (833) 258-2580 or email us at info@bmfwheels.com for an update. If you ordered your new BMF Wheels from an Authorized Dealer, you will need to contact that dealer direct for tracking information.

HOW DOES MY COMPANY BECOME A BMF WHEELS AUTHORIZED DEALER?

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BMF WHEELS?

We only recommend the use of a mild detergent soap like Dove® and water to clean your BMF Wheels. It is important to NOT attempt to clean your wheels until they have properly cooled. Do not use any types of wheel cleaner on your BMF Wheels, as this will void your finish warranty. We do recommend applying Mothers Polish® non-abrasive liquid wax to the finish on your wheels regularly, to help protect the premium automotive liquid paint & automotive liquid clear-coat on your wheels. HOW DO I KNOW IF BMF WHEELS WILL FIT MY VEHICLE?

All BMF Wheels are purposely designed to fit vehicles equipped with a leveling kit, or a lift kit. Please contact our offices for additional information regarding the right fit for your vehicle. You can also pick BMF Wheel on our website, and we give you the option to see what your trucks stance would look like with the BMF Wheels you have picked, and an estimated stance your vehicle would have with the more popular tires sizes available to you.

WHAT FINISH IS ON MY BMF WHEELS?

All finished wheels have a premium automotive quality liquid paint and an automotive quality clear-coat applied to them. Our Polished finish is a raw aluminum finish and does not have a clear-coat applied.

CAN I GET A CUSTOM FINISH ON MY BMF WHEELS?

No, we do not offer any custom finishes at this time. For all finish options available by style, please visit our website BMFWheels.com.

ARE ALL BMF WHEELS TPMS SENSOR COMPATIBLE?

Yes, all BMF Wheel are TPMS compatible.

WHAT IS THE LOAD RATING ON BMF WHEELS?

All 5 and 6 lug applications are rated at 2,700lbs per wheel, and all 8 lug applications are rated at 3,700lbs per wheel.

HOW MUCH DO BMF WHEELS WEIGH?

All of our wheels vary in weight by size, but we manufacture all wheels to be the lightest that we can in the manufacturing process. You can get the weight of the wheel size you have chosen, by simply going to our website BMFWheels.com for that information.

WILL MY ORDER COME WITH CETER CAPS, LUG NUTS AND TPMS SENSORS:

When you order a set of wheels direct from BMF Wheels, we include caps with the wheels, We do not offer TPMS sensors, or lug nuts with our wheels.

I NEED A REPLACEMENT LOCKING LUG NUT KEY?

BMF Wheels does not offer any special type of locking lug nut kits. We recommend you refer back to the dealer that installed your wheel and tire combo for the key needed for your locking lug nuts, if they were not supplied by BMF Wheels.

WHAT SHOULD I TORQUE MY BMF WHEELS TO?

All BMF Wheels should be properly torqued after installation, including after an additional 100-miles of driving on your new BMF Wheels. For more information on the proper torque specs for your vehicle, please refer to SEMA’s WTC (Wheel and Tire Council) lug nut torque spec information.

CAN I USE MY FACTORY CAPS WITH MY BMF WHEELS?

No, you are not able to use your factory caps with your new BMF Wheels.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY MANUAL LOCKING HUBS ON MY VEHICLE WITH BMF WHEELS?

We attend many of the larger motorsports events in the Nation and up into Canada.
