Shipping & Returns



We make every effort to process your order quickly, so that you can enjoy your new set of BMF Wheels.


Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please note the shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping delays can and do occur occasionally that are not within the control of BMF Wheels. If you place your order to ship regular ground shipping, orders must be received by 12:00PM PST, to ship the same day. If your order is placed after 12:00PM PST, will require an additional business day for processing. If you have chosen to expedite a shipment, the order must be received by 10:00AM PST, to process the same day. Expedited orders placed after 10:00AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. Both ground and expedited shipments exclude weekends and holidays. All ground and expedited ‘Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by UPS. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all states.


BMF Wheels and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following holidays. Please note shipping will begin the following business day. New Year’s Day | Easter | Memorial Day | Independence Day | Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas | New Year’s Eve


Some orders may not be shippable when placed, back-ordered items will ship when they are available. Contact BMF Wheels customer service department for updates on your order (833) 258-2580. As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include the tracking number to track the delivery with UPS. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and method of shipping choice for your order.


We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 50 United States when ordering direct from BMF Wheels. Sorry, we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses. If you order from a Platinum authorized dealer, they may ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States. We ONLY ship to the billing address on all orders (sorry no P.O. Boxes) when ordering direct from BMF Wheels. If you order from a Platinum authorized dealer, we can ship where they request on their purchase orders. Check with your BMF Wheels Platinum authorized dealer on their address policy for shipping. ALASKA AND HAWAII: All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.


Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping is only applied to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.


UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package(s) to provided address, and after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for the product(s) purchased, less a 15% undeliverable fee. This fee will go towards the return shipping, re-boxing of product(s), and any additional paperwork involved to process the return.


If you are looking to cancel an order that was recently placed, please contact us immediately at (833) 258-2580 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST and one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you. If you need to contact us outside of our regular business hours, you may contact us via email at Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the product(s), and a refund less a 15% fee will be issued upon the receipt of your order. If you have received the order, and would like to return for a full refund, please contact us for a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) and returns instructions. Utilizing this method will require you to arrange the return shipping and pay for the return shipping costs.


We want to be sure you’re happy with your BMF Wheels products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from a Platinum authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.


You can return your product(s) purchased from up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be retuned only to the original form of payment. BMF Wheels does not offer store credit or gift cards on any/all returns. BMF Wheels does not accept returns on product(s) outside of For exchanges, please return your product(s) purchased for a full refund and replace an order for the correct product(s). Note: an RMA (Returns Merchandise Number) must be given to you by a customer service representative before returning any/all exchanges. Exchanges for items purchased outside of will not be accepted. All returned product(s) must be new in the box, un-mounted (no exceptions) and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the products(s) was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your products(s). We highly recommend that you ensure the packages with shipper and retain tracking numbers of your return for your records. If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the product(s) for another BMF Wheels item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All products(s) must be new in the box, un-mounted (no exceptions) and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on product(s) returned 60 days after the original purchase date. Please contact BMF Wheels customer service team at (833) 258-2580 to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Number) that must accompany all product(s) being returned on the shipping labels. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from via phone or website (no exceptions).
